You probably already have an account

If you are a current student or graduated after 2018, YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT in Nittany Lion Careers. All student accounts are imported from LionPATH and shortly after graduation, accounts are automatically transitioned to an alumni account. You don’t need to create a new account!

For Alumni

To access your account, go to nittanylioncareers.psu.edu and select “Job Seeking Alumni”. Since you have an alumni account, you will need to reset your password by choosing the “Forgot Password” option below the Alumni login box. To update your account, you must use your Penn State email address when requesting a new password and then use that email to access password reset instructions. Once you have reset your password, log into to Nittany Lion Careers using your Penn State email and new password to change to your account login to your current email address. If you do not have access to your Penn State email address, please reach out to Alumni Career Services (alumnicareer@psu.edu) for help or with any questions.

For Incoming Students

All new students will gain access to Nittany Lion Careers one week prior to the start of the semester – you don’t need to create an account! At that time, you may access your account at nittanylioncareers.psu.edu by selecting “Current Students”.  Log in using your Penn State Access ID credentials.
