Notice for Recent Graduates
If you graduated after 2018, your Nittany Lion Careers account was transitioned to an alumni account three weeks after your official graduation date. You don’t need to create a new account!
To access your account, go to nittanylioncareers.psu.edu and select “Job Seeking Alumni”. Since you now have an alumni account, you will need to reset your password by choosing the “Forgot Password” option below the Alumni login box. To update your account, you must use your Penn State email address when requesting a new password and then use that email to access password reset instructions. Once you have reset your password, login to Nittany Lion Careers using your Penn State email and new password to change to your account login to your current email address.

Notice for Incoming Students
All new students will gain access to Nittany Lion Careers one week prior to the start of the semester – you don’t need to create an account! At that time, you may access your account at nittanylioncareers.psu.edu by selecting “Current Students”. Log in using your Penn State Access ID credentials.
Alumni Registration
Your Digital ID is the beginning of your previous Penn State student e-mail address (ex. abc1234). If you do not remember your Penn State e-mail, input your initials followed by 9999.
